Hey! Welcome. This is where the workshops live for caretakers, helpers, nurturers, and women who are used to holding everything together. Whether you are running on empty, craving a moment to breathe, or ready to care for yourself with the same attention you give everyone else, these sessions are here to help you reflect, reconnect, and move forward with intention.
Featured Workshop
How You Talk to Yourself Matters: Rewriting Negative Self-Talk
Date: Saturday, May 23, 2026 – 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Format: Virtual Duration: 1 Class Price: $20
You can’t build a beautiful life with a cruel inner voice.
Theme: Self-Talk & Inner Dialogue
Core Message: Many caretakers spend their days encouraging, supporting, planning, helping, and holding things together for other people. But when they turn that voice toward themselves, it can sound harsh, guilty, impatient, or critical.
This workshop helps participants recognize the harmful inner narratives that can come from responsibility, overthinking, people-pleasing, and the pressure to always be strong. Through reflection, guided activities, and practical writing exercises, participants will begin rewriting those messages with compassion, clarity, and personal power.
Participants will:
- Identify negative self-talk patterns connected to caretaking and responsibility
- Recognize how guilt, pressure, perfectionism, and people-pleasing shape inner dialogue
- Create a personal mantra and inner ally letter to use beyond the workshop
Who It’s For:
Caretakers, mothers, helpers, nurturers, overthinkers, people-pleasers, and women who want to change the way they speak to themselves while continuing to care for the people and responsibilities in their lives.
