Hey! Welcome. This is where the workshops live for caretakers, helpers, nurturers, and women who are used to holding everything together. Whether you are running on empty, craving a moment to breathe, or ready to care for yourself with the same attention you give everyone else, these sessions are here to help you reflect, reconnect, and move forward with intention.

Date: TBD

Format: Virtual Duration: 1 Class – 2 Hours Long Price: $20

You should not have to fall apart before you give yourself permission to slow down.

Theme: Rest, Overload & Personal Wellness

Core Message:

Many women spend their days working, helping, planning, solving problems, and holding things together for everyone around them. Even when they are exhausted, they may feel guilty about slowing down, uncomfortable being unproductive, or afraid that everything will fall apart if they stop.

This workshop helps participants recognize the physical, mental, and emotional signs that they have been pushing themselves too far. Through honest reflection, relatable activities, and practical planning, participants will examine what makes rest difficult, identify the kind of rest they actually need, and create realistic ways to slow down before exhaustion, illness, or overwhelm forces them to do so.

Participants will:

  • Recognize personal warning signs of physical, mental, and emotional depletion
  • Identify the guilt, pressure, habits, and beliefs that make rest difficult
  • Explore different types of rest and determine which ones they need most
  • Understand the difference between resting, quitting, and avoiding responsibilities
  • Create a realistic personal plan for resting before reaching the point of burnout

Who It’s For:

Women who care for others and hold a great deal of responsibility, whether at home, at work, in their families, or in their communities. This includes homemakers, mothers, professionals, business owners, caregivers, helpers, and anyone who is used to being the dependable one while continuing to push through exhaustion.
